Flora's garden
The residential complex in the centre of Lochau offers a total of 88 modern flats spread over eight buildings. The special feature of this project is the hybrid construction method, in which the residential buildings were built on a spacious underground car park. A total of 85 underground parking spaces are available.
The architecture was designed by the renowned architectural firm Hermann Kaufmann. Particularly impressive are the lift shaft walls in the stairwell, which are designed in exposed concrete with rough board panelling. This gives the building a unique aesthetic and creates a link between tradition and modernity.
