New children's campus in the centre of the municipality of Sulz
We are proud to present an outstanding project that bears the unique signature of the architectural firm Jochen Specht. The remarkable architecture combines modern design principles with a harmonious integration into the existing surroundings of the parish church and the massive rectory. Particular attention was paid to the design of the open spaces, which were conceived for joint use with the neighbouring kindergarten building and the primary school. The spacious outdoor areas offer the children a variety of play and exercise options and encourage interaction between the facilities. The terrace serves as an alternative play area to the courtyard and offers additional space for creative activities. Inside, we have opted for high-quality materials and attractive exposed concrete surfaces.
The use of board formwork made from rough-sawn boards gives the rooms a natural and warm atmosphere. The centrepiece of the building is formed by the four childcare rooms, which are individually designed and tailored to the needs of the children. A specially equipped exercise room provides additional space for physical activities and promotes the children's motor development. A particular highlight of the project is the slide integrated into the stairwell, which provides an exciting and playful connection between the floors for the children. This innovative solution contributes to the enjoyment and enthusiasm of the young users and makes everyday life in the care centre an unforgettable experience
