New construction of petrol station Ludesch (Gutmann)

As part of our project, we completely dismantled the existing petrol station and professionally disposed of the underground fuel tanks. Then it was time to build: the new petrol station shop and the wash bays were constructed as reinforced concrete frames. We opted for walls and ceilings in exposed concrete quality to create a modern and clear appearance.

The tank pits and foundations for the new fuel tanks as well as the entire petrol station equipment were also constructed in precise accordance with the applicable regulations. The carefully laid concrete driveway in the refuelling areas enables safe and efficient use.

Wastewater management with brains

To connect the building to the public sewer system, we installed a mineral oil separator - this ensures that any liquids produced are handled in an environmentally friendly manner. In addition, a drainage system ensures that rainwater is efficiently released back into the ground.

The asphalting of the traffic areas put the finishing touches to a modern and functional petrol station for our customers.
