Quality assurance

Sustainability and precision for your construction project

To be the best, to fulfil the needs and wishes of our customers and to build something that is sustainable - these are the aspirations we pursue on ourselves. To ensure our high standards, we document all work steps in process sequences and work instructions. We also take into account the impact of our construction methods on the environment. And we are DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified.

Quality assurance is carried out during construction and as part of the acceptance of the work by means of internal quality assurance procedures. These include, among other things

  • Use of test piles to optimise foundations
  • Diameter determination of jet grounding columns using the patented Tempjet method
  • Suitability tests
  • Incoming inspection of the materials used - including concrete, cements, binders - by means of standardised tests
  • Continuous monitoring of the production process and the selected production parameters using specially developed software products, e.g. for bored pile production, diaphragm walls, jet grouting, soil mixing, etc.
  • Monitoring of drilling deviations, e.g. inclinometer measurements
  • Quality control of manufactured components, including by means of TNO testing and  compressive strength tests on drill cores
