Residing in Grinzing district
PORR Bau GmbH was commissioned as general contractor with the optimisation/redesign and construction of a legally submitted residential complex in Vienna’s 19th district. PORR Design & Engineering GmbH took over the project as general planner from the time of submission and executed both optimisation/redesign and the official substitute plan, prepared the sales documents for the owner and carried out execution planning. PORR Design & Engineering GmbH covered all design services, with the departments for architecture, support structure planning, building technology and building physics involved.
Across all departments, the entire project was planned with BIM. Access from the construction site to the complete model made it possible to keep track of the entire BIM design process.
The Langackergasse residential complex consists of two building cubatures which are connected to each other on the ground floor and below ground via the entrance area. Besides eight very spacious flats, the complex includes an underground car park and all auxiliary rooms. The project and the property furthermore impress with their spacious garden and terrace areas, which are partially equipped with jacuzzis and a pool area.
