An innovative eye-catcher for customers and employees

In the context of this new administration building executed by means of the open building method, PORR Design & Engineering GmbH serves as a general contractor performing partial design services from submission including replacement planning. The drafts were created by the architectural office of soma ZT GmbH.

The new building – it is supposed to serve as the Austrian headquarters of TECE International – will boast a gross floor area of 1,300m² on two storeys as well as some 1,800m² of outdoor space including terraces, parking spaces, landscaped surroundings and ponds. 

TECE will use the building’s ground floor as a showroom for customers as well as a training centre. The upper floor will house internal facilities. A curtained aluminium tube façade and a pillar-less and spacious entrance/exhibition room thereby provide interesting architectural touches.
