Ductile piles

High-performance displacement pile with short manufacturing time

We use ductile piles pressed and unpressed as compression and/or tension piles. They are made of ductile cast iron and are assembled from partial lengths to form the total pile length. They can also be used as energy piles with inserted geothermal hoses.

Implementation

The first pipe is fitted with a pile-driving spike and driven into the ground; the individual pipe sections are connected using conical sleeves. The driving process creates a force-fit connection. When used as a tension pile, a central reinforcing bar is inserted.

Examinations

  • Statical pile testing

Applications

As a deep foundation element with flexible adaptation of the foundation to the subsoil by determining the final pile length based on the penetration resistance
